Prevención y resguardo de los derechos de la mujer victima de violencia física en las comunidades topo y san martín del cantón cotacachi durante el Covid 19

Physical violence is characterized by being like a universal troublesome and at women case statistic whole over the country are alarming; this situation has become seroius due to the pandemic caused by ‘’COVID 19’’. This investigation has like an objective put forward some strategies of prevention and safeguard of women rights whose are victim of physical violence inside comunities such us: Topo and San Martín cantons of Cotacachi city, in base on a qualitative paradigm and the applitacation of analyitical method. To pick up the information was applied the interview technique with six opnened questions applied to communities indigenoues liders and cotacachi city multi comptetent judge. The analysis of the results allowed to be sure that líder people from the communities do not know about the existence of the different process in prevention and safeguard on women rights whose are victims of physical violence specially at Topo and San Martin communities in Cotacachi city in Imbabura province during pandemic of COVID 19.
