Sumario:Amayu, is a microenterprise located in the canton of Otavalo dedicated to the production and marketing of typical women's clothing. Currently it is empirically managed, that is, it does not handle administrative, marketing or operations and logistics procedures. This is why we have seen the need to implement an administrative management model that helps strengthen competitiveness. The research that has been developed in three chapters is presented as follows: First chapter: This chapter presents the main theoretical bases that support the research, with updated theoretical references about the main concepts used. A characterization of the Amayu microenterprise is also carried out. Second chapter: This chapter describes the methodology used in the research, focused on the situational diagnosis of microenterprises. The fundamental methodological source is Porter's 5 forces theory, which allows us to analyze weaknesses and threats and the analysis of the efe and efi matrices to find strengths and opportunities, obtaining an accurate diagnosis from which to propose an effective proposal. Third chapter: This chapter develops the proposal of the administrative management model, which details objectives, strategies, action plans to strengthen the competitiveness of Amayu microenterprise. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are raised.
