Regarding the problem statement, an analysis of everything that concerns microenterprises was carried out in order to identify the main factors that affect it and thus provide a solution. In this way an analysis of the main theoretical bases that support the research and characterization of the Neltex microenterprise where the objectives and strategies for the realization of the plan is obtained. Within the methodological development instruments and techniques were implemented to diagnose the microenterprise situation in order to determine action plans and that these be taken to the fulfillment of institutional strategies and objectives; That is why we analyzed those strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the microenterprise has and from this plant a proposal that is effective for it. Next, the proposal of the administrative management model is developed in order to validate the research to corroborate the results obtained and to give way to the conclusions and recommendations. |

Next, the proposal of the administrative management model is developed in order to validate the research to corroborate the results obtained and to give way to the conclusions and recommendations.El presente trabajo de investigación radica en el diseño de un modelo gestión administrativa para el fortalecimiento de la competitividad de la microempresa “Neltex”.Esta microempresa está localizada en Otavalo, donde se dedica a la manufactura y comercialización de medias para todo tipo de personas, en la actualidad la microempresa opera de manera empírica es decir no maneja procedimientos tanto administrativos,marketing y de operación y logística por este motivo se ha visto en la necesidad de implantar un modelo administrativo. En lo que corresponde al planteamiento del problema, se realizó un análisis de la microempresa con el fin de identificar los principales factores que afectan a la misma y darle una solución. De esta manera se realizó un análisis de las principales bases teóricas que sustentan la investigación y caracterización de la microempresa Neltex,donde se obtiene los objetivos y estrategias para la realización del plan. Dentro del desarrollo metodológico se implementaron instrumentos y técnicas para diagnosticar la situación de la microempresa, con el fin de determinar planes de acción y que estos sean llevados al cumplimiento de estrategias y objetivos institucionales; es por eso que se analizaron aquellas fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas que tiene la microempresa y a partir de esto plantear una propuesta que sea eficaz para la misma.
