| Čoahkkáigeassu: | The article discloses the level of social inclusion achieved by the graduates of the intensive high school of the “Todos ABC” Program in Otavalo during the school year 2020-2021. To establish the causes and effects of the problem, the SWOT analytical tool was used in the areas: emotional, economic and labor; detecting the following: the existence of few similar studies related to the subject of study, barriers to employment, personal and institutional considering the criteria of disability, age, gender, cultural traits and knowledge factors that limited learning opportunities and full participation of young people and adults. Based on the problem, the objective was established, which was to determine the profile of the graduates and their relationship with the level of social inclusion. The study begins with the elaboration of the theoretical support and art study. The research carried out had a mixed, quantitative approach which was applied to 203 graduates with a questionnaire via the internet of 15 structured questions using the Likert scale; and the qualitative research used interviews, applied to the graduates of the different institutions. The results determined the direct interpersonal relationship, aspirations in the context, impact on social inclusion by Covid-19, use of the knowledge acquired within daily activities, suggestions to improve the exit profile and the importance of monitoring high school graduates. Intensive, it is also concluded that there is a positive correlation considering the general aspects, graduate profile and social inclusion as significant variables. |
