الملخص:In the present work is pretended to demonstrate the effectiveness of systems of indigenous justice and ordinary justice. The research project is carried out in the communities of Pueblo Kayambi, a direct dialogue is established with the main authorities or members of the mayor's office, who exercise jurisdictional functions in order to resolve internal conflicts according to their own rights. The restoration systems are framed in the general principles of Andean philosophy, and the processes and procedures for the administration of justice are collective decisions in accordance with their culture and tradition. In the review of the case studies, the entire scaffolding process to carry out a sanction, healing and social reintegration is clearly found; in the same way, a quick survey has been carried out to the administrators of indigenous justice to determine the recidivism against the data collected from one of the offices of criminal judicial unit of Cayambe canton. Likewise, the first chapter collects fairly general bibliographic information on topics that complement the study, that is, basic concepts within legal pluralism and its justice administration systems.
