Ventajas y desventajas del uso de aplicaciones en el aprendizaje.

The purpose of this research was to establish the advantages and disadvantages when using the socalled "applications" in education, specifically by the students of the Seventh year of Basic education of the "Belisario Quevedo" Educational Unit. During the year 2020 all the institutions closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, some apps were used which allowed the continuation of the teachinglearning process, where the problem was identified and it was determined that the actual use of educational applications did not help produce the expected learning outcomes or what was achieved during attendance; that is, in the opinion of teachers and students. The research is carried out under a quantitative approach, in order to achieve, quantitative data is used to survey teachers and students. The population reached fifty individuals, distributed as follows: (15) teachers and (35) students who applied these tools. According to the assessment of students and teachers, the results obtained showed that they have difficulty in the use of applications, lack of knowledge to use certain applications; In addition, there was an activation and the students are not interested, while the benefits are many, which can include teaching new ways of learning, creating motivation to learn outside the classroom and curiosity to learn. In conclusion, teachers and students need to expand and know how to use the different educational applications and improve teaching and learning, as well as having new technical proposals that help overcome obstacles that may arise in the future.
