| Sumari: | The purpose of the following research is to strengthen and improve the strategies and techniques of Reading Animation in teachers of Sublevel 2 of initial in children from 4 to 5 years old, through the elaboration of a proposal of methodological strategies that motivate the children to develop reading initiation as a pleasant and free activity.It has been detected that children, as they pass the following years of schooling, lose their enthusiasm towards declaiming a poem, a recitation, giving the summary of a story or fable or simply do not want to read or it bores them to do so, in the Modesto Aurelio Peñaherrera campus it is What has been experienced is the lack of motivation or strategies on the part of the teacher towards the reading attachment in the children of the initial level that later affects their future. Teachers have basic knowledge when encouraging children to read, because they do not have a good body, facial, paraverbal expression and a semantic sequence that helps their students to awaken their senses, which causes them to end up unmotivated to read, so it is required that teachers bring stories, stories, animals, professions, drawings to life or integrate the child in such a way that they feel passionate about discovering the letters and have a good vocalization when expressing their ideas, thoughts and imagination according to the teaching of their teachers or teachers and the age they have.
