| Izvleček: | This research paper analyzes the importance of teaching competencies that guarantee an inclusive education for children with hearing disabilities who are in regular education; through a literature review. This study examines the skills and knowledge needed for teachers to provide inclusive quality education to the hearing impaired student; this research focuses on the identification of teaching competencies that encompass a deep understanding of the individual needs of hearing-impaired children; so that the teacher has the ability to adapt new teaching methods to meet the needs that the hearing impaired student presents. The focus of the essay is documentary, based on a qualitative bibliographic research since it allows to explore in detail the perspectives of different teachers, analyzing various bibliographic sources that contribute to the literature of this work. Reliable database information was used such as; High impact journals such as: Dialnet, Redalyc, SciELO and ScienceDirect thus allowing the division of the three categories to give way to the discussion, such as; teaching skills, hearing impairment and educational inclusion to acquire new discussions, and thus obtain an approach to the subject; However, in the absence of sufficient information on new strategies in teaching competencies to treat children with hearing impairment, this paper provides new insights to strengthen strategies of teacher competencies to improve inclusive education. |
