In it, I provide a comprehensive investigation of different aspects and areas shaping the initiation and development of such a project. I assess the total feasibility of the proposal. This manuscript constitutes a graduation project and is organized into five chapters: Framework, Assessment, Proposal, Financial Analysis and Impact Analysis. The city of Otavalo is located in northern Ecuador in the southern part of the Imbabura province, with a population of about 104,874 inhabitants. It has an area of 579 square kilometers. It is one of the most well known cities in the Imbabura province because of its beautiful landscape, culture, music, and artisanal production. |
