Violencia sexual infantil en el entorno familiar

Violence is a worldwide problem that is characterized by serious consequences What it leaves on people's mental health. In the family environment, violence affects, in mostly women and children. The different types of violence are immersed in the family context, which causes serious consequences in the comprehensive well-being of their members. In this framework of studies, the following bibliographical research focuses in child sexual abuse in the family environment, defined as a crime by various legal documents and studied by behavioral sciences, such as Law and Psychology. To better understand this problem, the authors of this study have considered studying the evolutionary development of the child, the normative behaviors in childhood and the characteristics of families that present this type of violence in their around. On the other hand, this study emphasizes the current situation in Ecuador due to through statistics, cultural normalization of violence and analysis of legislation. Regarding psychology, the aim is to analyze the role of the expert in these cases, based on various theories proposed by professionals who study the subject. By Lastly, it adds psycholegal implications and applications related to all the propositions proposed in the other sections.
