Izvleček:This research paper proposes a human resources management model for the Jans Sports company in order to increase the competitiveness of that company. Chapter I shows the theoretical content with definitions and positions of different authors on issues related to human resources, recruitment and selection, organization, management, control, motivation, employer obligations and communication within the company. Chapter II, indicates the development and the methodology used in the investigation, the analysis of the business situation, its operating system, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to define the strategies. In Chapter III, it presents the development of the administrative model of the human resource based on indicators and variables such as the development of a structural organization chart, manual of functions and procedures to propose the human resources model. In conclusion, the execution of a human resources model for the textile company Jans Sports seeks a better organization, motivation and control of human resources functions to increase its competitiveness with established procedures.
