Ամփոփում:The present investigative work aimed to analyze and structure, strategically, the creation and execution of a master's program that contains and maintains viable study conditions, aimed at areas related to accounting and finance, programmed for students, in a nationally and, specifically, to the northern part of the country. For this, the study was carried out in public and private institutions, as well as graduate students in areas related to the financial management of the institutions. This made it possible to receive ideas, suggestions and evaluations in order to implement a curriculum, according to the needs raised by the institutions and civil society. Comprehensive educational training at the higher level and directly at the fourth level, must be developed based on an employability of theory and practice, learned in classrooms, as well as, in the experience of companies and professionals, considering that they need fundamental tools to carry out an effective financial management. With this preamble, the offer of this study program remains positively viable in all aspects. From this point of view, the University of Otavalo must generate the necessary and sufficient conditions, so that there is sustained and reliable relevance and the master's program in Accounting and Finance can be applied, mentioning Fiscal, Financial and Tax Management.
