| Riassunto: | Technological development and exogenous factors that influence society encourage product diversification to strengthen communication; In addition to COVID-19 and its consequences in recent years, it has generated an increase in the use of social networks, which in turn have positive aspects in many spaces, which has caused them to become an alternative for teaching and in turn The lack of use of this technology causes ignorance of the benefits that they bring us when using them in different areas. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to take advantage of a currently very popular social network to forge an overview of the various benefits it offers in the educational area; as well as facing the challenges that students and teachers have in the pedagogical field, this is combined with the lack of knowledge about a branch of the subjects taught in the investigated institution that is culture, its diversity and other fundamental aspects that can even be observed in daily living; For this reason, strategies are proposed to innovate teaching methods, through the TikTok social network, due to its multiple tools for developing videos. To obtain information, surveys were applied as a methodology to both teachers and students of the Alfredo Pérez Guerrero educational unit located in the San Pablo del Lago - Otavalo parish, which allowed achieving the objectives of this research. |
