| Sumari: | The main objective of this project was to develop an international marketing plan for the company "Cm Sport ", with the aim of solving the different difficulties that have arisen in the administrative, productive and commercial departments within the company, as it does not have a adequate development in its institutional areas, where it has not achieved effective operation. The company Cm Sport is legally constituted with RUC number: 1802442606001; from February of 2008, it starts with the manufacture of sports uniforms as the main product; The objective of the company is to export large quantities of sports uniforms to international markets. The theoretical base used is digital marketing which helps the company to have greater communication with potential customers according to Kotler “Digital marketing is an important tool in a company whose main objective is to generate trust and loyalty in customers”. From another perspective, it is important to mention that once the company's problems have been resolved, the research focused on the search and identification of international markets such as Colombia-Ipiales, as our possible client. On the other hand, it was evidenced that the company has made the commercialization in a direct way. To this end, the direct export proposal to the Colombian market was used. |
