Добавить метку | Итог: | The present investigation is developed based on the line of Constitutional Law research according to the University of Otavalo, for which the study is carried out in Ecuadorian constitutional law, whose specific line is analysis of constitutional principles and values, its content and the the way in which they are reflected in a certain branch or regulatory body, taking into account that these must be the foundations of the laws. In this sense, it is necessary to start the considerations of the study, remembering the importance of rights such as the right to equality and non-discrimination of homosexual couples and the best interests of the child, where without a doubt other rights converge, such as having a dignified life, being part of a family that can provide these children and adolescents with the love and care they require to develop adequately within the social environment. |
