In this sense, it is necessary to start the considerations of the study, remembering the importance of rights such as the right to equality and non-discrimination of homosexual couples and the best interests of the child, where without a doubt other rights converge, such as having a dignified life, being part of a family that can provide these children and adolescents with the love and care they require to develop adequately within the social environment. |
