Add Tag | Summary: | The proposal of the thesis entitled "Manual of procedures for the control area of weaving in the process of production of the factory Pinto S.A in Otavalo city "begins detecting the most significant shortcomings that currently have that company, as the result of situational diagnosis applied and they are: the lack of a timely control of labor and continuous improvement of product quality and efficient management of machinery affecting their competitiveness. For the structure of the proposal was used as a theoretical framework scientific foundation supported by citations using APA standards 6 with modern contents, in tune with the latest trends for production control. The proposal emphasizes administrative accomplishments to be achieved with implementation; and in the technical part provides a computerized process to be applied to different manufacturing processes of yarn and fabric, to improve control of finished goods warehouse and returns, also computerized, which is the most important contribution of the project for the Pinto Company. As it pertains to the administrative part a relationship matrix showing roles, profiles, job skills and requirements for type positions of the production area is included. The impact analysis shows that there are no major negative effects, especially for environmental. Finally, there are some conclusions and recommendations, which are deducted project development at different stages and should be accepted for the proposal to be valid and constitutes a significant contribution to the company Pinto. The paper concludes with the insertion of the literature used in strict alphabetical order and in accordance with the requirements for this type of work. |
