Shrnutí:During the first two decades of the 21st century, the financial strategy within a organization has become important to their business life, since its good design and execution allows the achievement of long-term objectives in accordance with its strategic planning. Financial strategies are characterized by: establishing objectives and their order of priority, definition of deadlines to achieve economic objectives raised, elaboration of the financial budget, and the measurement and control of the decisions financial. To correctly establish a financial strategy, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of the market, the behavior of competitors, the complexity of the environment and organizational conflicts.
