Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una hostería ecoturística en la comunidad de Llurimagua, en la zona de Intag, Cantón Cotacachi, Provincia de Imbabura.

The province of Imbabura presents perfect scenarios to promote eco-tourism in tropical climates, this is the case of the intag zone. The project is located in the community of Llurimagua, parish García moreno and consists of the creation of a tourist eco lodge that offers of food, restoration and recreation of quality, basically oriented to generate sustainable tourism and promote alternative tourism as differentiating point for the project. One of competitive advantages is the proximity to different natural and cultural attractions that have not been exploited to satisfy the different motivations of tourists. As sources of income is the sale of tourist packages with value-added services and independent services, it is important to consider the idea of business since financial indicators show a favourable profitability, need external investors that financed the entire project as well as to provide sufficient funds for working capital during the first three months. An advertising and promotional campaign aimed at communicating the competitive advantages of the project such as: location, quality of services, diversity of recreation and ecotourism, discounts and promotions with the reason of retain and attract customers. The project will generate a decent life quality in actors involved, a culture of healthy lifestyle through the different aspects to develop, but mostly will main result the approach and the conservation of nature reflecting a medium positive impact in general.
