"Modelo de gestión administrativa y gerencial para mejorar la competitividad interna de la empresa Indutexma"

This research proposes a model of administrative and managerial management with the aim of improving the internal competitiveness of the company Indutexma, which will allow to meet the goals and objectives proposed by the organization, thus helping to develop and strengthening the organization. For the approach to the problem, an analysis of the organization's background was carried out, focusing on the main problems to provide possible solutions. The objectives for the development of the research plan were also achieved. Background analysis and studies on previously conducted administrative and managerial management models were carried out. In methodological development, instruments and techniques were used for the collection of information and analysis of the current situation of the company, in the same way a strategic diagnosis was made through the matrices EFI, PESTEL, EFE and the FODA analysis. The validation of research results is continued to support the reliable information obtained. Chapter III proposed the administrative management model, which proposes a new mission, vision, objectives, policies and values through the formulation of strategies, as well as a manual of functions and procedures, communication strategies and teamwork based on the needs of the organization, this in order to improve the internal competitiveness of the company Indutexma. The work concludes with the relevant conclusions and recommendations.
