| الملخص: | The main objective of this research project is to design a plan to export the sole belts for the microenterprise Cinturones Saltos of the canton Cotacachi, which intends to commercialize said product in international markets, with which it is planned to export the belts of sole to contribute to the economic growth of microenterprises. The methodology that was used in this export plan was the preparation of the interview, the same one that was applied to the owner of the microenterprise Cinturones Saltos in order to obtain the true information, and thus it was possible to determine the socioeconomic scenario and identify the current situation of microenterprise. Subsequently, it was possible to know the results of the investigation which were to find a target market, where after conducting a rigorous analysis, the target country turned out to be the United States, in the same way an in-depth investigation was made about the product with the In order for it to have the necessary requirements to enter the international market, the international price was also determined, the most suitable distribution channel, the appropriate commercial communication for this type of product and finally the sales projection for five years was achieved to come, in which it is intended to achieve these sales based on strategies proposed by the microenterprise. |
