Yhteenveto:The study deals with the development of creativity through artistic body expression for children of initial level, its main purpose is to determine the use of artistic body expression in the classroom, as well as the level of creative development of children of initial sublevel of the Ayumpum Bilingual Intercultural Community Educational Unit. The problem shows problems in the creative development of children, caused by the years that they did not receive adequate feelings due to confinement and on the other due to the belief that creativity is totally innate. The methodology applied has quantitative, descriptive and field characteristics, the instruments applied were a survey of 19 teachers and the application of the observation sheet to 84 children. In the results, a very low tendency towards the use of corporal artistic expression as a teaching methodology in the classroom was found, in addition to the fact that children have very low levels of creative development. It is concluded that the majority of teachers do not carry out activities that include characteristics that develop artistic body expression, which has a significant impact on the creative development of children. Children have very few characteristics of creative development, the levels of originality, fluency, flexibility and autonomy are not significant
