Trabajo colaborativo apoyado en las herramientas digitales para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje.

Collaborative work constitutes an interactive learning model that makes it easier to build knowledge together, but at the same time requires sharing efforts, skills, aptitudes, through various mechanisms that lead to the achievement of a purpose established by consensus. The general objective of this research is to investigate the influence of collaborative work supported by digital tools to improve the teaching-learning process in B.G.U. de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “10 de Agosto”. The problem of this research is generated by the fact that students have little objective participation in the classroom in the acquisition of knowledge, which negatively affects cognitive development due to the lack of collaborative strategies in learning and this has affected social integration to share, criteria, ideas that lead to achieving the stated objectives. The methodology of this research has a "mixed" approach and descriptive level since it allowed us to collect and analyze relevant information on the importance of collaborative work, through the application of surveys and interviews using the digital tool Google drive integrating quantitative and qualitative research. Concluding that collaborative work is transcendental since it motivates students to explore, analyze and develop critical and reflective skills in the teaching-learning process and also the most used and known digital tool by students and teachers of the educational institution to work. in a collaborative way is Google Drive since it allows you to store information and collaboratively edit in real time from anywhere.
