Summary:In this article we address the study of native justice specifically community, from spiritual punishments to the events that trigger killing without sanctioning of the law , trying to give a constitutional and humanitarian approach, on the process of application of native justice, we want to analyze if the native authorities are following the correct process in their procedures , without ignoring our constitution law, as a ruling norm that prevents abuses of power and stops the misuse of some procedures that end in torture, humiliation, ignorance of the principle of innocence of the people and more actions that many times have created a deep debate on the effectiveness of native justice as a means of justice and spiritual healing.
