| Izvleček: | This document aims to implement a methodology that allows the definition of the necessary elements to evaluate and design business processes that later need to be automated by BPM. To develop this initiative, a mixed methodology is developed, based on the collection of numerical data, observation and experiences within the study area, the latter through the application of surveys and interviews, which allow recognizing the importance of implementing automated processes, classified and organized, in accordance with the Business Process Management (BPM) proposal. For the development of this work, the case of the PJP Catering microenterprise is taken as empirical evidence, which helps to know in a situated way the current conditions that affect microenterprises in the country. Among the most important results is the importance of the implementation of participatory processes that through the BPM model can be oriented to the more affective systematization of information and future situations that affect micro-enterprises. The effective use of the type of methodology proposed stands out since it is based on the analysis and simplification of processes, as well as accelerates the design and execution phases of later stages and allows verifying the responsibility of all those involved in the application of the BPM -RAD methodology. |
