Tóm tắt:The present project of intervention is organized in two chapters: in the first chapter we find the systematization of the experience making reference to the reconstruction and analytical reflection on the project realized, its actors, the actions that were executed and the contexts in which they were given. The organizational structure where the project was worked out was defined and the expected result was defined precisely by the execution of the objectives. Chapter two provides an overall but very clear picture of the context in which the project is described, the why and for what it was executed; What their objectives, purposes, results and how they contributed to the field of mental health in their clinical, educational, organizational, social and community areas. This is a systematization that compiles the experience of the company Emsa, where an action plan was designed to reduce the monthly turnover rate of the personnel of operative positions for the company located in the Airport Mariscal Sucre and José Joaquín de Olmedo in the period November 2016 to April 2017.
