It currently has basic Self-Protection Plan for fire response as requirements for operation permit stated by local Fire departament by the Fire Department, this document does not have a technical analysis of emergencies and threats that may arise during the implementation of different activities which perform daily in the company. With the application of the methodology Vulnerability Assessment Security (SVA) was obtained as a result 171 emergency situations, reflecting the amount is higher compared to the risk assessments that are commonly applied in Ecuador. Therefore, this method deepens in the study risk assessment for its excellent ability to throw results sistematic. With the information obtained settled measures of prevention and control for the development of Plan Emergency and DisastersEste trabajo se realizó en el sitio sujeto a estudio de la empresa bajo estudio ubicado en la provincia de Francisco de Orellana, lugar donde se lleva a cabo actividades operativas como son: Remediación de suelos, lodos y ripios contaminados con hidrocarburo, tratamiento de desechos peligrosos, no peligrosos y especiales, y transporte de materiales peligrosos. Actualmente cuenta con un Plan de Autoprotección básico para incendios requisito legal para obtener el permiso de funcionamiento por parte del Cuerpo de Bomberos, este documento no tiene un análisis técnico de las emergencias y amenazas que se pueden presentar durante la ejecución de las diferentes actividades que se realizan de forma diaria en la empresa. Con la aplicación de la metodología Evaluación de la Vulnerabilidad de la Seguridad (SVA) se obtuvo como resultado 171 situaciones de emergencia, lo que refleja que la cantidad es mayor en comparación con las evaluaciones de riesgos que comúnmente se aplican en Ecuador. Por tanto, este método profundiza más el estudio de riesgo por su excelente capacidad de arrojar resultados sistemáticos.
