Plan de recuperación y colocación de la cartera del fondo complementario previsional cerrado del Banco Nacional de Fomento

The following research was carried out to the "Fondo Complementario Previsional Cerrado del Banco Nacional de Fomento" (FCPC-BNF), a non - profit entity, controlled by the "Intendencia Nacional de Seguridad Social" which is managed by the "Superintendencia de Bancos y Seguros". The FCPC-BNF aims to manage financial resources coming from participants (employees and officials of the Banco Nacional de Fomento), in order to achieve the objectives of obtaining revenue and providing complimentary services for staff members besides those benefits already granted by the "Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social" (IESS). To meet the goal, it gives credits at lower rates compared to those existing in the financial market. The motivation of this research was founded in the need to provide a tool that improves the placement of loans and the recovery of the financial portfolio management. The study shows the actual situation of the entity, mission, vision, structure, values, regulations, policies and procedures, etc.
