Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | This project is the structural analysis of six houses of a residential complex, which have been architecturally developed in two or three floors and their construction is proposed in structural steel with a traditional foundation system or foundation with seismic insulators, only the analysis of the buildings of block A corresponding to houses one, two and three. Based on the analysis of: elastic drifts, costs per square meter of construction, compliance with technical specifications, execution schedules, plan of operation and maintenance of seismic isolators, the best option will be determined. In addition, a technical report will be prepared for the presentation and approval of construction permits in the Collaborating Entity of the Ecuadorian Architects Association, in compliance with the Norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcción NEC SE 2014. |
