Its central axis was the migration to Ecuador for economic, social and political reasons, emphasizing the reality that migrants live in the city of Quito. In addition, the experiences of different foreigners was gathered, among them Venezuelans, Colombians and Cubans permanently settled in the city of Quito, to know, what is their situation in Ecuador, and how they have been treated in our country. In the communicative project, the steps for the realization of the documentary in all the stages were exposed, until obtaining the final product ready for its distribution. The production of this documentary, took as a starting point the research carried out within the group of migrants who contributed with the narration of their experiences so that the audience understand the implications of being migrants in our country. Moreover, the product has a social analysis; about what are the reasons why they leave their countries of origin to reside in another. In this way, what was sought with the making of the documentary is to show how is the life of foreigners in the city of Quito; while looking for a better economic and social lifestyle for them and their families.
