Since the implementation, or installation of an enterprise is a temporary endeavor that results in a single (company) product, it is clear that this is a project, why the study is developed using methodologies design projects, as in the case of a situational analysis to know what parameters are going to develop the business, market research, financial analysis, and other aspects that are considered in a project. We have investigated all aspects relating to the establishment of the company and the financial statements have been made that have led us to determine the viability of the project without funding according to law, obtaining a favorable result viability |
