Resumo:The “Asociación de Desarrollo Social Texsal” is an entrepreneurial community organization dedicated to elaborate handmade clothes. For many years it has been a strong source of job and revenues that improve the quality life of artisan women’s family. It is to them whom this current investigation is focused. We have proposed a marketing plan for “Texsal”, inside it we hope to achieve a better organization by increasing the competitiveness. In the same way it will help them to gain more market participation in Quito. In this investigation we present a complete analysis of internal and external aspects of the association which let us know the strengths, opportunities, weakness and threats. As part of the marketing research we collected and analyzed polls to determine the position of the organization in the market.
