Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | In the present document, would be developed the systematization of the study project about the work environment and the implementation of an action plan to increase the employee’s satisfaction in the company Flexnet Del Ecuador in Quito, between the months of August 2016 and August 2017. Flexnet Del Ecuador, is a company engaged in the logistic operation, which has get interested in strengthen an ideal work environment, with the purpose of expanding the work satisfaction of their human capital. This fact made possible to gather a work environment process with the objective of identifying the prior needs of the organizational environment. In this way, it was established that the points of improvement of the company range from the ignorance of internal processes and unsatisfactory work relations to an insufficient organizational communication, being this facts, triggers of disagreement and institutional discomfort. Because of this, an action plan was designed, the one that let each improvement point to maximize, thanks to the implementation of several activities, workshops and professional training focused in the organizational development. The basic goal of these was to guarantee an optimal work environment for the professional growth of Flexnet Del Ecuador and its human capital. |
