This research aimed to analyze the information collected on the quality of educational services and care offered by this CIBV from the perspective of parents. The quality of service provided by the children's center in relation to education and care was analyzed. As a result of this investigation, aspects that should be improved to achieve quality service and warmth in an environment tailored to the needs of children who attend there were identified.

As a result of this investigation, aspects that should be improved to achieve quality service and warmth in an environment tailored to the needs of children who attend there were identified.La educación y cuidados que los niños y niñas deben recibir durante su primera infancia comprendida ésta de 0 a 3 años es fundamental, razón por la que, el Gobierno apuesta a mejorar estos aspectos, mediante la creación de Centros Infantiles del Buen Vivir, como es el caso del CIBV Luis Fernando Ruiz. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la información recopilada sobre la calidad de los servicios educativos y de la atención que ofrece dicho CIBV desde la perspectiva de los padres de familia. Se analizó la calidad del servicio que brinda el centro infantil en lo que se refiere a educación y cuidados.
