Desarrollo de una aplicación web de control biológico y vacunación, para el Ministerio de Salud Pública, Distrito de Salud 17d04, Puengasí Itchimbia

The following degree project applies all the knowledge acquired in our academic training in order to develop a web application of CONTROL BIOLÓGICO Y VACUNACIÓN, PARA MINISTERIO DE SALUD PÚBLICA, DISTRITO DE SALUD 17D04, PUENGASI ITCHIMBIA, which will contribute as a support tool to optimize the distribution and planning of biological inputs in the different associated units, also this application allows them to keep the register of patients and the vaccines they acquire a long their lives. For this reason, there is a web platform, which can be accessed from anywhere and at any time through internet. On the other hand, the web application has a large variety of needed reports to enable the district to make decisions based on information in real time.
