The application of educational resource in the classroom, trying to improve the process of building knowledge in students. The elaborate teaching resource is presented in the Quechua language, in order to provide a small contribution to the school community Nazacota Puento San Pedro, as a way to keep alive the mother tongue. In this paper the characteristics of teaching resources and recommendations for proper use are defined; physical, psychological and social aspects of children of 9-10 years; the importance of the Kichwa language in education and its relationship to the natural sciences. The teaching resource developed is a poster on air pollution and protection to be applied in the fifth year of basic general education in natural sciences area. |

The teaching resource developed is a poster on air pollution and protection to be applied in the fifth year of basic general education in natural sciences area.El sistema educativo presenta cambios significativos a nivel de currículo, de normas, de tiempo y también en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje ya que existe una gran variedad y amplitud de recursos disponibles que podrán ser aplicados según las necesidades del docente para compartir los contenidos del plan de clase. En la actualidad es fundamental aplicar nuevas estrategias de enseñanza apoyados con material didáctico adecuado, puesto que son un soporte metodológico que tiene la intención de despertar el interés y la participación activa del estudiante. La aplicación del recurso didáctico en el aula, intenta mejorar el proceso de construcción de conocimientos en los estudiantes. El recurso didáctico elaborado se presenta en el idioma kichwa, con la finalidad de brindar un pequeño aporte a la escuela Nazacota Puento de la comunidad de San Pedro, como una manera de mantener vigente la lengua materna. En este trabajo se definen las características de los recursos didácticos y recomendaciones para su uso adecuado; el aspecto físico, psicológico y social de los niños y niñas de 9 a 10 años; la importancia del idioma kichwa en la educación y su relación con las Ciencias Naturales.
