Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The principal objective of this proyect is to suggest a control plan for the prevention of psychosocial risks factors in Garme S.A - company that sells whosale and retail for alcoholic and no alcoholic drinks, food, and pharmaceutical products. For the develop of this work we evaluate the psychosocial risks in Garme S.A. using the Fpsico application version 3.1 of the security and hygiene national institute of work in spain, that evaluates these nine dimensions. (TW) time of work, (AU) autonomy, (CHW) charge of work, (PSD) psychological demands, (CV) content variety, (CPS) content participation / supervision, (ICW) interest compensation for workers, (PR) perform role, (SSR) social support and relations. Eighty three workers of the company were evaluated to represent the whole group of them, also for the evaluation were considered the administrative personal and operative workers too, obtaining this global level results a high exposition of these factors: time of work, interest compensation for workers, participation / supervision, psychological demands. That is the reason, why we design a control plan for the psychosocial risks factors identified with a high exposition, with the purpose of minimize and improve the job's quality. |
