סיכום:This work aims to collaborate with the "Unidad Educativa Sagrados Corazones de Rumipamba" institution in which the implementation of an instrument that enables the evaluation of teaching performance will be held Elemental Basic level as to make a diagnosis of the evaluation applies to the performance of teachers lack thereof at this level was noted. To carry out this work various criteria proposed teacher evaluation from different points of view and evaluator without underestimating the actual profile and the ideal teacher of that institution, which corresponds to the same philosophy, charisma, mission and vision will be known institutional. The evaluation of teaching performance in the "Unidad Educativa Sagrados Corazones de Rumipamba” is a project that will provide the instruments institution to facilitate evaluation of teaching performance. The research is descriptive in nature and therefore to data collection instruments used were aimed at teachers and parents surveys, while for the authorities applied the interview; Data processing Data tabulation was conducted and the results are presented in graphs which served for analysis and interpretation, from which the findings and recommendations was developed. Finally with the proposal earlier supplies consisting of three instruments used for the evaluation of teachers from different perspectives whose implementation will benefit the quality of education through professional development of teachers was developed.
