The illustrations, pictures and texts reflect the identity like an important part of history and culture. The magazine contains one table of contents, presentation and message. These were written based on diagnostic and field experience in Colta. The language quichua words like “Sax Say” means "eating until the saciety". This name was thought during the field work thanks the comments of the people while enjoyed the food in the photograph sessions. |

La revista se divide en dos capítulos, el título del primer capítulo es “La historia, la tradición y la cultura” y muestra el proceso de la cocina tradicional en seis imágenes con su respectivo texto. El nombre del segundo capítulo es “Recetas” y este contiene una fotografía en primer plano de cada plato listo para servirse. Esta parte describe una serie de pasos, consejos e ingredientes para la elaboración de cada plato de comida. Las ilustraciones, fotografías y los textos reflejan la identidad como una parte importante de la historia y la cultura. La revista contiene una tabla de contenidos, presentación y mensaje. Estos fueron escritos basados en la experiencia de diagnóstico y de campo en Colta. En el idioma quichua Sax Say significa “Comer hasta la saciedad”.
