When speaking about an institution‟s environment in this job, we are describing the institutional environment of the UEMAR, the factors that are involved and how they relate with the leadership of the members of the educational community. In the study it became evident that the institutional environment is optimal when the Leadership is motivating, stimulating, and persuasive and that the environment becomes weak when there is little participation from students, teachers, and parents in organizational planning |
