Chapter III presents an approach based on phases of planning administrative system, organization, management and control to adapt to the strategic objectives of the company. El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como base un estudio detallado de los procesos administrativos, contables y tributarios organizados en sistemas de la siguiente manera: En el Capítulo I se desarrolla el marco teórico donde, se plantean las bases conceptuales y legales que sirven como sustento en el desarrollo de los diferentes sistemas. En el Capítulo II se realiza un diagnóstico situacional de la empresa desde su reseña histórica, los servicios que presenta y un análisis de sus fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas. El Capítulo III plantea un sistema administrativo basado en las fases de planeación, organización, dirección y control por adaptarse a los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. Al planear vemos qué se quiere hacer y qué se va hacer para lograrlo, al organizar observamos cómo se va hacer lo planeado.
