Establish strategic alliances with key suppliers. Effectively utilize the system in the Procurement Area "Softco" by creating new modules to automate internal processes and optimize. Propose the design and creation of a supplier portal, which besides being a source of data, it is also a tool to discern potential suppliers and make a shortlist of the same. And make a significant contribution in the approach of job profiles for the different areas of the construction. |
