Sažetak:This project is aiming to show an analysis about shallow quality of the duralumin Prodax A7075 using a milling machine CNC assisted by a system CAD-CAM through the machining plane, performing variation of parameters (tool feed, cutting speed, depth of cut), based on the parameters set in the catalogs, with a milling cutter HSS 20 mm diameter with 4 cutting edges. The research is divided into 3 chapters, the first covers the theoretical part, starting from the origin of the material without being ally, to know their alloys, characteristics and applications, thus chose the material that commercially is used in the industrial sector of Equator, similarly it focuses in the controller CNC and the system CAD-CAM used. The second chapter corresponds to experimental development, which was performed by 32 specimens machining for roughing and 24 for finishing, with a right selection of the parameters regarding the characteristics of the machining center and the cutting tool, after this the roughness measurement is performed, with the aid of a Mitutoyo roughness SJ210 and the visualization in the microscope, the preparation of graphic records, primarily help for synthesize this data. Finally in the third chapter the analysis of the average roughness (Ra) of the test tube that represents the best surface characteristics is developed, with the purpose of establish this values as the best result for the Prodax mechanizing.
