Resumo:Technological equipment using the principle of electromagnetic waves to eliminate nematodes is either experimental or part of research. As a result, it is important to have an electronic prototype that allows experimentation in a real environment with samples of Globodera nematodes. This work seeks to provide an alternative solution for the reduction of the Globodera nematode population that causes low production in potato and other crops. For the construction of the device it is necessary to analyze all requirements given by the reviewed studies in this project. For building prototype electronic, subject to change in the results may have difference between the experimental part in the laboratory and experimentation in the field. Once the experiment was important analyze and compare the results obtained with the previous experimental studies in the laboratory and found that the reduction of the given ranges by an average of 60%, having with this an improvement by about 17% compared to Previous studies on this topic cited. The development project is contribution to the use for alternatives in reducing pests in agriculture, minimizing the use of pesticides by contribution of the Salesian Polytechnic University to the community.
