Plan de mejoramiento y ampliación para el fomento del turismo de la parroquia rural de Lloa del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito

Quito, it aims to improve and expand tourism services currently offered in three resorts that are: Rancho Cebauco, Hosteria Las Palmas Resort and Urauco; which offer tourist services such as sport fishing, hot springs, climb the volcano, among others. Through research is to generate the most appropriate strategies to enable inns increasing influx of tourists, through an appropriate mix of marketing and optimum broadcasting of its tourist services. The research expected that resorts have facilities to improve their infrastructure. The degree work in his first chapter contains the theoretical basis related to the global, national and local tourism and basics to substantiate it. The second chapter presents the methodology and rational procedures used to achieve a range of objectives governing scientific research. The third chapter contains the market study for related information with the perception that people have for tourism. The fourth chapter contains the technical study whose analysis service process for the project is shown. The fifth chapter contains a financial study that allows technical support, the financial viability of the project. Finally the conclusions and recommendations of the research are included. Thus we can conclude that the project is viable, benefiting both the company and the associated inns
