要約:Petroecuador is a hydrocarbon company, which for decades has been a pioneer in the transportation and distribution of petroleum; because it is a public entity with branches in all the country and managing human resource of over five thousand employees, it has seen the need to improve and modernizing its methods, strategies, among others. To improve the training of employees, it company was implemented six years ago virtual courses, and by this way it could save time, economic resources and it employees has the facilities to learn and get new skills for their job. Correccion es and it’s to verify the effectiveness of virtual training, they analized the impact using formats. They worked with four levels: reaction, learning, behavior and results. The reaction was measured by a survey of satisfaction, and it showed the reception of the training. Learning was measured by a knowledge test, in which were present questions concerning the topics of the course. For the results we worked with indicators, which showed the same comparative percentages, in this way it show how efficient was the training course. This whole process was conducted in order to demonstrate the productivity that has the virtual training courses on the employees and by this way try to always stsy aligned with the mission and vision of the company.
