The newspaper is intended to improve and reinforce internal communication among the members of the organization. In order to accomplish such task was necessary to gather conceptual information of the organizational communication, its characteristics, tools, behavior and organizational culture, as well as journalism concepts in order to understand the company’s processes. Furthermore, it was also necessary to make an approach to the communication-improvement where the employees play an essential part in the company’s development in benefit of professional and institutional achievements. |
