Is Amateur Neighborhood Sport a development agent in the city of Quito? This article advises to argument and describe Amateur Neighborhood Sport as a Latin American development due to its organizational structure, which generates sources of income, actional and communicational bonds with government authorities, imporovements in urban infrastructure, the aim of a democratic foundation, amid other characteristics which shall be analyzed throughly and exhaustively at the full length of this article, beginning from the description, patterns and interrelationships between the perspectives portrayed in it, having at glimpse its structural invariants. |
