Nevertheless, the basic thing to reach such a goal is to have formed well people, people with an intellectual, social baggage, spiritual sufficiently to turn reality the dream of seeing, a Haiti developed and proud to it be. |

Juntar la educación y la comunicación con el objetivo de lograr que los sujetos sean responsables y participativos, con capacidad crítica, capaces de cuestionar los mensajes que emiten los medios de comunicación es el propósito de la educomunicación. Haití es un país en vías de desarrollo, que tiene que entrar en este nuevo milenio con todas las capacidades y cumpliendo con todos los requisitos del tiempo.
