Through the colostrometer determined the con centration of immunoglobulins also microbiological analysis of bovine colostrum by equipment that uses flow cytometry analysis. To determine the kinetics of decrease was managed team of high resolution HPLC with gradient Elution liquid chromatography using as pattern plasma blood cattle. The process of membrane technology was micro-filtration to concentrate by varying temperature and pressure parameters, analysis of coliforms and Echerichia coli, also to check the concentration after the microfiltration process was analyzed the area by HPLC. Two-way ANOVA statistical test was applied to measure the variation in the concentration of bovine colostrum immunoglobulins. Chemical physical analysis yielded maximum values of total 14, lactose 7.6, solid total 39.1, solid non fat 24.8 16.9, fat protein, density of 1,115 gmL and titratable acidity of 42.67 ° Dornic; It was determined the most representative peak with maximum area of 98997186, in a time of 1,3805 mean retention. Bovine colostrum immunoglobulin concentrate is independent of the process applied to the concentration by membrane technology. |

Bovine colostrum immunoglobulin concentrate is independent of the process applied to the concentration by membrane technology.El presente trabajo consistió en concentrar inmunoglobulinas de calostro bovino para lo cual se realizó la selección de la raza de ganado en el cantón Cayambe, en tres haciendas diferentes, y se evaluó el calostro desde el primer hasta el sexto ordeño de cuatro vacas; la evaluación incluyó análisis físico-químicos y microbiológicos. Además se cuantificó la cinética de decremento de inmunoglobulinas que se evaluó con la ayuda de la técnica de cromatografía líquida de alta resolución (HPLC) utilizando patrón de referencia de plasma sanguíneo bovino, finalmente la concentración de inmunoglobulinas se realizó utilizando tecnología de membranas con la evaluación microbiológica en cada corriente de salida del proceso de microfiltración. Los valores encontrados fueron evaluados por el test estadístico ANOVA de dos vías. Los resultados obtenidos señalan que en el análisis físico químico se obtuvo valores máximos de proteína total del 16,9%, grasa 14%, lactosa 7,6%, sólidos totales 39,1%, sólidos no grasos 24,8%, densidad de 1,115 g/mL y acidez titulable de 42,67 ° Dornic; se determinó el pico más representativo con área máxima de 98997186, en un tiempo de retención promedio de 1,3805 min.
